Controlled Production for Gear Hubs and Smart Lock Systems
Lofandi’s production line supports both intelligent drivetrain products and smart lock systems, including internal gear hubs, automatic gear hubs, e-bike hub motor gearbox systems, motor hub locks, disc brake locks, drum brake locks and battery compartment locks.
The production process covers component preparation, mechanical assembly, electronic module integration, structure matching, functional testing and final inspection. Each step is designed to support stable product performance and reliable vehicle-side integration.
For gear hub products, production focuses on internal gear structure assembly, shifting mechanism matching, sealed hub preparation and drivetrain function verification.
For smart lock products, production focuses on lock mechanism assembly, electronic drive module integration, waterproof structure review, speed sensing matching and lock / unlock function testing.
Before production preparation, project details such as vehicle drawings, installation space, brake type, voltage, communication interface and validation requirements should be confirmed with the customer.
OEM/ODM Support for Vehicle-Specific Integration
Elevandi supports OEM and ODM cooperation for e-bike brands, shared mobility platforms and vehicle manufacturers that require intelligent drivetrain or smart lock integration.
Every vehicle platform has different structural and electrical requirements. For drivetrain projects, our team reviews frame structure, wheel size, axle spacing, chainline or belt-line, brake type, installation space and target riding conditions before recommending a suitable solution.
For smart lock projects, we review lock position, brake structure, motor hub space, voltage, communication protocol, controller / IoT / battery-side interface and required safety logic.
Our OEM/ODM support includes product selection, technical matching, sample preparation, drawing confirmation, installation review, project customization and validation requirement discussion.
Before sampling, customers are encouraged to provide vehicle drawings, target vehicle type, electrical interface requirements, operating conditions, expected usage scenario and estimated order volume. Complete project information helps reduce integration risks and improve development efficiency.

For drivetrain systems, Lofandi develops intelligent internal gear hubs, automatic shifting mechanisms, sealed low-maintenance drivetrain structures and e-bike hub motor gearbox systems. These technologies help reduce exposed drivetrain wear and improve daily riding comfort for city e-bikes, cargo e-bikes and shared mobility vehicles.
For smart lock systems, our R&D focuses on smart lock control, anti-lock mechanical protection, speed sensing logic and vehicle-side communication. The anti-lock mechanical structure is designed to help reduce unsafe locking risks during wheel movement.
Our engineering team also supports controller / IoT / battery-side integration, voltage matching and communication protocol matching for OEM vehicle platforms.
