Guangdong, China, June 23, 2026 – Elevandi, a specialist in intelligent internal gear systems and two-wheel mobility security solutions, recently completed a new Series B+ financing round worth tens of millions of RMB. The round included investment from Guotai Haitong, Fortune Capital, and Guangzhou Huangpu Science and Technology Innovation Fund. Existing investor Fortune Capital also increased its investment in this round.
The new funding will support Elevandi's continued R&D investment, production capacity expansion, global sales network development, and daily operational growth. A key focus will be the next generation of smart internal gear systems for global short-distance mobility applications, including e-bikes, electric motorcycles, shared bicycles, and urban mobility fleets.
As the global e-bike market moves from rapid expansion into a more refined stage of product differentiation, bike brands and OEM manufacturers are placing greater emphasis on intelligent shifting, low-maintenance drivetrain structures, integrated security, and system-level riding experiences. Advancing Smart Internal Gear Systems for E-Bikes
Over more than a decade in the short-distance mobility industry, Elevandi has focused on the development of internal gear systems and smart locking technologies. Many conventional automatic internal gear systems are limited by input torque capacity, which can affect long-term reliability under high-load riding conditions.
To address this challenge, Elevandi has developed its patented UHT ultra-high-torque technology, using a ball clutch structure to increase the input torque capacity of intelligent internal gear systems to 200 N·m.
This breakthrough helps improve compatibility between high-torque motors and internal gear systems, especially for cargo bikes, heavy-duty e-bikes, urban logistics vehicles, and other demanding short-distance mobility applications.
Smart Lock Solutions for Full-Scenario Two-Wheel Security
In addition to drivetrain systems, Elevandi has developed a complete smart lock product matrix for two-wheel mobility safety. The lineup covers electronic disc brake locks, motor hub locks, hub locks, roller brake locks, battery locks, and battery compartment locks.
These products can be applied to bicycles, shared bikes, e-bikes, electric motorcycles, and scooters. Elevandi will also highlight its independently developed Anti-lock safety technology, which uses a patented dual-locking hook structure to prevent accidental locking while riding and reduce the risk of rear-wheel lock-up caused by misoperation or signal interference.
