ABSS3725 is the 4-magnet 95 mm version in the Lofandi ABSS anti-lock expansion brake lock series. ABSS3725 should not be positioned only as another lightweight 95 mm model. Its upload difference is the 4-magnet evenly distributed speed sensing layout. The first paragraph should make this SKU difference visible, because the backend screenshots show that long combined titles can blur the distinction between ABSS3716, ABSS3725 and ABSS3708.
The ABSS series is designed for shared e-bike and fleet mobility platforms that need rear-wheel locking, rear brake integration, smart electronic control and safer anti-lock logic in one assembly.

- 95 mm anti-lock expansion brake lock for rear-wheel shared e-bike applications.
- >=160 N.m torque resistance positioning for this SKU.
- 4 Magnets / Ring, Evenly Distributed speed sensing to support wheel movement detection.
- Patented mechanical Anti-lock protection helps reduce unsafe locking risk.
- Integrated expansion brake and smart electronic lock control.
- IPX7 lock-core waterproof protection for outdoor fleet operation.
- High-strength metal die-cast protective structure for anti-tamper durability.
- OTA online upgrade support for connected mobility platforms.
The structure diagram should be translated into product value, not treated only as a picture. The visible components include the lock-core assembly, waterproof cable, Hall sensor, brake block assembly, lock pin, swing arm and return spring.
In operation, the lock disc is connected with the hub. The lock piece and lock pin mechanism control locking action, while the expansion brake structure keeps the rear braking function integrated in the same rear-wheel area.
For ABSS3725, the speed sensing configuration is 4 magnets / ring, evenly distributed. This sensing input supports vehicle-side judgment before locking and works together with the mechanical Anti-lock protection to reduce unsafe locking risk while the wheel is moving.

| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What is the main application of this product? | ABSS3725 is suitable for shared e-bikes, rental bicycles and smart fleet vehicles that need rear-wheel brake locking and vehicle-side electronic control. |
| How should this SKU be positioned during upload? | ABSS3725 should not be positioned only as another lightweight 95 mm model. Its upload difference is the 4-magnet evenly distributed speed sensing layout. |
| What is the installation position? | The product is installed at the rear wheel center hub area, on the rear hub left side or rear motor left side. It locks the rear wheel and also integrates rear-wheel braking function. |
| How does the Anti-lock function help safety? | The product combines Hall speed sensing, electronic protection speed logic and patented mechanical Anti-lock protection to reduce the risk of improper locking while the wheel is moving. |
| What should be confirmed before sampling? | Confirm brake diameter, rear hub or rear motor structure, axle hole size, installation clearance, voltage, communication protocol, speed sensing requirement and controller lock logic. |
| Can it work with IoT fleet systems? | Yes. It can be powered by the controller, IoT module or battery system and supports UART, RS485, CAN and I2C communication options. |
| What testing or outdoor-use points matter to buyers? | IPX7 lock-core waterproof protection, operating temperature, high/low temperature storage, humidity test and 72-hour neutral salt spray test should be shown for fleet durability evaluation. |
| Does the product include the hub or axle? | No. The parameter source lists spoke hole, O.L.D. and hub axle as not included. Final mechanical matching should follow the project drawing. |
| Can RoHS / REACH be published directly? | Only if final compliance documents are confirmed. Until then, keep certification wording as To Be Confirmed. |
