LG-N3010-3R is the M03 fork-out manual 3-speed internal gear hub for Roller Brake rear-wheel projects using a 120 mm O.L.D. It combines a confirmed 186% internal range with model-specific 45 mm and 40 mm chainlines, 0.63 mm offset and an external shift-control layout for city and shared-bicycle development.
Its three ratios organize common urban riding requirements without asking the chain to move across an external multi-sprocket cassette. Gear 1 provides the 0.73 low-ratio start and climbing direction, Gear 2 is the 1.00 direct ratio, and Gear 3 provides the 1.36 high-ratio direction.

The internal planetary gear mechanism creates three ratios within the hub. Manual input travels from the approved shifter through the cable to the external hub control, which selects the intended internal ratio. Each approved control must be matched and adjusted as part of the complete system.
Construction & Roller Brake Integration
The Roller Brake interface is a defining selection condition for this model. Together with 120 mm rear-frame spacing and the confirmed axle geometry, it gives OEM teams a specific basis for checking the dropout, brake, chain and wheel arrangement before sampling.
The shift-control assembly is positioned outside the rear-fork area. This creates a visible mechanical connection point for the selected shifter cable and supports installation inspection without changing the model's manual operating principle.
LG-N3010-3R is positioned for city commuter bicycles, shared bicycles and OEM rear-wheel projects using a Roller Brake and 120 mm O.L.D. Urban e-bike use may be evaluated when frame, brake, drivetrain input, wheel build and control matching are confirmed together.
ELEVANDI project communication can cover M03 model selection, brake-interface comparison, rear-frame and wheel-build review, control matching and available installation media. Samples, MOQ, lead time, warranty, spare parts and customization follow the formal quotation and order process.
