The M03 Fork-Out Series brings manual three-speed selection into a sealed rear-hub transmission for city, shared-bicycle and OEM mobility projects. Rather than treating every M03 hub as interchangeable, the series is organized around five real brake-interface directions: Roller Brake, 2715 Brake Lock, V Brake, Center-Lock Disc Brake and Drum Brake.
All five models share a 186% range with 0.73, 1.00 and 1.36 ratios. Gear 1 provides the low-ratio direction for starting and climbing, Gear 2 is the direct ratio, and Gear 3 provides the high-ratio direction. The rider selects the required ratio through an approved mechanical shifter and the external shift-control layout.
For OEM teams, brake type is only the first selection step. O.L.D., chainline, offset, axle geometry, wheel build, control relationship and supplied-component scope must be reviewed together before sampling.

M03 applies the general principle of an internal planetary gear system. Different working relationships among the sun gear, planet gears and ring gear create the three ratios inside the rear hub while the chain remains on its selected drive-side line.
The mechanical shifter changes cable position, the outside-fork control transfers that input to the hub, and the internal mechanism selects the intended ratio. Exact shifter model, cable routing and adjustment reference follow the approved model and project configuration.
The transmission ratios are contained inside the rear hub, while the M03 fork-out layout places the shift-control assembly outside the rear-fork area. This visible control position provides a defined point for cable connection, installation inspection and project service planning.
The source describes a sealed structure intended to reduce mud and rain exposure to the internal transmission. IPX6 and RoHS / REACH are confirmed family fields, but they do not establish immersion capability, a maintenance interval, corrosion grade or complete-vehicle certification.
The family is intended primarily for city-commuter and shared-bicycle directions. Individual models may be evaluated for urban e-bike or utility OEM projects when rear-frame spacing, brake interface, drivetrain input, wheel build and control arrangement are confirmed as a complete system.
ELEVANDI project communication can cover M03 model selection, brake-interface comparison, rear-frame and wheel-build review, control matching and available installation media. Samples, MOQ, lead time, warranty, spare parts and customization follow the formal quotation and order process.
Q: Is the M03 Fork-Out Series automatic? A: No. These are manual mechanical 3-speed internal gear hubs.
Q: Do all five models use the same brake system? A: No. Brake interface is the primary model difference and must be selected together with O.L.D., chainline and rear-wheel geometry.
Q: Do all four M03 shifters fit every model? A: Universal compatibility must not be assumed. LG-N3010-3R has confirmed LL-3S01E, LL-3S03E and LL-3S04E directions. Other model pairings are confirmed during project matching.
Q: What does fork-out mean? A: It identifies the M03 layout in which the shift-control assembly is positioned outside the rear-fork area. Final frame clearance and cable routing must still be reviewed.
Q: Are the brake, shifter, cable and sprocket included? A: Included components depend on the selected model and quotation. The public family page does not define an unlisted kit.
Q: Can LG-N3010-3D be published with another disc-hub image? A: No. The product page must wait for approved LG-N3010-3D model-specific media.
